Ingredients for - Shark Attack Cupcakes

1. 1 box vanilla cake mix, plus ingredients called for on box
2. 2/3 c. white chocolate chips, melted
3. Black food coloring
4. 1 (12-oz.) jar strawberry sauce
5. 3 c. whipped topping
6. Blue food coloring

How to cook deliciously - Shark Attack Cupcakes

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350° and line two muffin tins with cupcake liners. Prepare vanilla cake batter according to package instructions and divide between cupcake liners. Bake according to package instructions. Let cool completely.

2 . Stage

Meanwhile, make shark fins: Mix melted white chocolate and a few drops of black food coloring, until desired color is achieved. Transfer to piping bag. Pipe fin shapes onto a small parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the freezer. 

3 . Stage

When cupcakes are cool, use the end of a wooden spoon to poke wells into each cupcake. Fill each hole with strawberry sauce, about 1 teaspoon in each. 

4 . Stage

In a large bowl, add 5 drops blue food coloring into the whipped topping and fold to combine. Add more food coloring if needed until desired color is achieved.

5 . Stage

Frost cupcakes with whipped topping, then top with shark fins and serve.
