Ingredients for - Sherry negroni

1. 25ml sherry blend (1 part fino sherry, 2 parts orloroso sherry and 2 parts sherry, we used Pedro Ximénez)
2. 25ml Campari
3. 25ml sweet vermouth
4. Ice
5. small piece of orange zest

How to cook deliciously - Sherry negroni

1 . Stage

Fill a mixing glass or jug with ice, then pour in the sherry blend, Campari and vermouth, and stir well.

2 . Stage

Fill a rocks glass or tumbler with fresh ice, then strain the cocktail into your prepared glass. Garnish with a piece of orange zest. For an extra flourish, cut the zest into a circle with a small cookie cutter or scissors before adding to the drink.
