Ingredients for - Amaretto Sour

1. 1/2 oz. large egg white, whisked -
2. 1 1/2 oz. bourbon -
3. 3/4 oz. amaretto liqueur -
4. 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice -
5. 2 dashes Angostura bitters -
6. Ice -
7. Maraschino cherries, for garnish -
8. 1 (2") strip lemon peel -

How to cook deliciously - Amaretto Sour

1. Stage

In a cocktail shaker, combine egg white, bourbon, amaretto, lemon juice, and bitters. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very cold, about 30 seconds.

2. Stage

Strain cocktail into a rocks glass. Garnish with cherries and lemon peel.
