1. Black lava salt or Kosher salt (see Note) -
2. Lime wedges -
3. Ice -
4. 1 1/2 c. silver tequila -
5. 1 1/2 c. lime juice -
6. 1 c. pomegranate syrup (see recipe below) -
7. 24 dash orange bitters -
8. 3/4 c. unsweetened pomegranate juice -
9. 3/4 c. sugar -

How to cook deliciously - Pomegranate-and-Tequila Cocktail

1. Stage

Spread salt in a shallow dish. Run a lime wedge around the rims of chilled cocktail glasses, then dip the rims in the salt to coat.

2. Stage

In an ice-filled pitcher, combine the tequila, lime juice, pomegranate syrup, and bitters. Stir well. Strain into the cocktail glasses.

3. Stage

Whisk together the pomegranate juice and sugar until the sugar is dissolved; you should have 1 1/2 cups.
