2. 1/2 small peach, thinly sliced (about 6 slices) -
3. 1 thinly sliced lemon round -
4. 4 mint leaves, plus 1 sprig for garnish -
5. 1 part peach schnapps -
6. 1 1/2 parts Jameson Irish Whiskey -
7. 2 parts lemonade -

How to cook deliciously - The Georgia Peach

1. Stage

Fill a rocks glass with ice and peach slices, alternating between the two to create a layered look. Wedge lemon round between glass and ice.

2. Stage

In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves and peach schnapps. Fill shaker with ice. Add Jameson Irish Whiskey and lemonade and vigorously shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
