Ingredients for - Grilled Pineapple Mai Tai

1. White sugar - ¼ cup
2. Lime, halved, or more to taste - 1
3. Pineapple, cut into wedges - ¼
4. Ice - ¼
5. Gold rum - 1 fluid ounce
6. Silver rum - ½ fluid ounce
7. Triple sec - ½ fluid ounce
8. Orgeat almond syrup - ½ fluid ounce

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Pineapple Mai Tai

1. Stage

Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

2. Stage

Place sugar in a shallow bowl. Dip lime halves in sugar to coat.

3. Stage

Grill lime and pineapple wedges, turning occasionally, until lightly browned, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from grill and let cool.

Fill a cocktail shaker and Old Fashioned glass with ice.

5. Stage
