1. White sugar ¼ cup
2. Lime, halved, or more to taste 1
3. Pineapple, cut into wedges ¼
4. Ice ¼
5. Gold rum 1 fluid ounce
6. Silver rum ½ fluid ounce
7. Triple sec ½ fluid ounce
8. Orgeat almond syrup ½ fluid ounce

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Pineapple Mai Tai

1 . Stage

Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

2 . Stage

Place sugar in a shallow bowl. Dip lime halves in sugar to coat.

3 . Stage

Grill lime and pineapple wedges, turning occasionally, until lightly browned, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from grill and let cool.

4 . Stage

Fill a cocktail shaker and Old Fashioned glass with ice.

5 . Stage
