2. Banana, frozen and chunked - 1
3. Peach, peeled and sliced - 1
4. Honeydew melon, cubed - ½ cup
5. Orange yogurt - 1 (8 ounce) container
6. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
7. Ice - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Orange Sunrise Smoothie

1. Stage

Combine the orange juice, banana, peach, honeydew melon, yogurt, sugar, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth, or chunky, as desired. Pour into two glasses and serve.
