1. Shredded cabbage 5 cups
2. White sugar 2 tablespoons
3. Salt ½ teaspoon
4. Ground nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
5. Heavy cream 2 cups
6. Dry bread crumbs 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Creamed Cooked Cabbage

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Place cabbage in a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and nutmeg. Pour cream over cabbage and top with bread crumbs.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
