1. 3 Morningstar Farms® Veggie Sausage Links -
2. 6 eggs -
3. c. fat-free milk -
4. 1/4 c. Sliced green onions -
5. 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves or dillweed -
6. 1/4 tsp. salt -
7. tsp. Pepper -
8. 1 tsp. butter or margarine -
9. 2 oz. fat-free Swiss cheese -
10. 1 tbsp. sliced green onions (optional) -

How to cook deliciously - Weekend Sausage and Swiss Scramble

1. Stage

Place links in nonstick skillet. Add 1/4-inch water. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until water evaporates. Remove links from skillet. Diagonally slice.

2. Stage

Wipe skillet out with paper towel. In medium bowl beat together eggs, milk, 1/4 cup onions, thyme, salt, and pepper.

3. Stage

In same skillet melt butter, tilting to coat pan. Add egg mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until set. Sprinkle with links. Top with cheese. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with additional sliced green onions, if desired.This recipe has been tested and endorsed by Kellogg and Morningstar Farms®.
