1. 4 salmon fillets
2. 1/4 tsp. salt
3. 1/4 tsp. Pepper
4. 2 tbsp. olive oil
5. 1/4 c. milk
6. 4 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
7. 2 tbsp. pesto
8. 1 tbsp. fresh parsley

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Salmon with Creamy Pesto Sauce

1 . Stage

Heat grill to medium heat.

2 . Stage

Brush both sides of fish with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill, skin-sides down, 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Meanwhile, cook cream cheese and milk in saucepan on medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Stir in pesto.

Serve fish topped with sauce and parsley.
