6. 1 head romaine lettuce -
7. 1/2 c. chopped oil-packed roasted red peppers -
8. 1/2 c. chopped roasted almonds -
9. 1 can chickpeas -
10. 1 orange bell pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Mediterranean Chopped Salad

1. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, and mustard; season with salt and pepper. Divide dressing between 2 small airtight containers. Divide lettuce, roasted peppers, almonds, chickpeas, and bell pepper between 2 medium airtight containers. Refrigerate, up to overnight.
