Ingredients for - Pork with Mushroom Dijon Sauce

1. 4 boneless pork chops
2. 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
3. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4. 1 c. sliced mushrooms
5. 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
6. 1/4 c. milk
7. 2 tbsp. dry white wine
8. 1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard

How to cook deliciously - Pork with Mushroom Dijon Sauce

1 . Stage

Season the pork with the lemon pepper.

2 . Stage

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.  Remove the pork from the skillet.

3 . Stage

Add the mushrooms to the skillet.  Reduce the heat to medium.  Cook until the mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally.

4 . Stage
