Ingredients for - Cajun Fish

1. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil -
2. 1 small green pepper -
3. 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves -
4. 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup -
5. c. water -
6. tsp. garlic powder -
7. tsp. ground black pepper -
8. tsp. ground red pepper -
9. 4 fresh or thawed frozen fish fillets (cod, haddock or halibut) -
10. Cooked rice -

How to cook deliciously - Cajun Fish

1. Stage

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the green pepper and oregano and cook until the green pepper is tender-crisp, stirring often.

2. Stage

Stir the soup, water, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Add the fish to the skillet.  Reduce the heat to low.
