Ingredients for - Zesty Rice with Chorizo

1. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil -
2. 1 package chorizo sausage -
3. 1 medium onion -
4. 2 clove garlic -
5. 3/4 c. uncooked regular long-grain white rice -
6. 1 3/4 c. Swanson® Chicken Broth -
7. 1/2 c. Pace® Chunky Salsa -
8. 1/2 c. frozen peas -
9. Fresh cilantro leaves -

How to cook deliciously - Zesty Rice with Chorizo

1. Stage

Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage, onion, and garlic and cook until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.

2. Stage

Stir in  rice, broth, and salsa. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Stir in peas and cook, covered, 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Stir in cilantro.
