Ingredients for - Fiery Red Salsa

1. Garlic cloves - 2 large
2. Whole tomatoes, drained - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
3. White onion, quartered - 1 medium
4. Fresh cilantro leaves - ½ cup
5. Jalapeno, stemmed and quartered (or more to taste) - 1
6. Natural cane sugar, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
7. Kosher salt, to taste - ½ teaspoon
8. Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
9. Whole tomatoes, drained - 1 (14.5 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Fiery Red Salsa

1. Stage

Place first eight ingredients in Oster® Versa® Performance Blender in order listed. Add remaining can of tomatoes.

2. Stage

Select programmed DIP/SALSA setting.
