1. 3 1/2 c. chicken stock -
2. 1 Florida avocado -
3. 1 c. nonfat sour cream -
4. 1 medium onion -
5. 2 tbsp. lemon juice -
6. 2 clove garlic -
7. 1/2 tsp. chili powder -
8. Salt and pepper to taste -
9. 1 tsp. Paprika for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Chilled Guacamole Soup

1. Stage

Combine the stock, avocado, sour cream, onion, lemon juice, garlic, and chili powder in a blender jar. Process until pureed. Chill for 45 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed. Top each serving with the paprika.
