Ingredients for - Bubble and Squeak

1. Cabbage, sliced - ½ medium head
2. Bacon, diced - 3 slices
3. Onion, thinly sliced - 1
4. Cubed cooked ham - 1 cup
5. Butter - 1 tablespoon
6. Potatoes - baked, cooled and thinly sliced - 3 cups
7. Paprika - ½ teaspoon
8. Salt and pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Bubble and Squeak

1. Stage

Cook cabbage in a medium saucepan with a small amount of water until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes. Drain, and set aside.

2. Stage

Cook bacon and onion in a well-seasoned cast iron skillet until onion is soft and bacon is cooked, about 5 minutes.

3. Stage

Add ham, and cook until heated through. Add butter, then mix in cooked cabbage and potatoes; season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned on the bottom, turn, and brown again.
