3. Peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp, tail still attached 6
4. Dry white wine ⅓ cup
5. Melted butter 2 tablespoons
6. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
7. Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
8. Seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay ½ teaspoon
9. Salt and pepper to taste ½ teaspoon
10. Chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Arrange halibut, scallops, and shrimp in a glass oven-safe baking dish. Drizzle with wine, melted butter, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with garlic and seafood seasoning, then season with salt and pepper.
