2. 1% milk, or more if needed ⅓ cup
3. Salt, or to taste ½ teaspoon
4. Pepper ½ teaspoon
5. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 (10 ounce) package
6. Shredded Cheddar cheese ⅔ cup
7. Shredded Swiss cheese ½ cup
8. Diced onion ¼ cup
9. Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
10. Unbaked pie crust 1 (9 inch)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
