How to cook deliciously - Tartlets for Cinderella
1. Stage
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Crumble the shortbread cookies in a food processor.

Add the melted butter and sugar. Stir until the mixture is homogeneous.

Fill and distribute the mixture evenly, over the shape of the tartlets. Bake for 4-5 minutes at 190 degrees or until golden. Cool the base and remove from the mold.

Prepare the kiwi curd. Wash and peel the ripe kiwi fruit. Strain the peeled fruit through a colander. Set aside some kiwi seeds, which will be used later as a decoration. We should have 3/4 cup of seedless kiwi puree.

Add sugar and lemon juice to the puree. Pour the puree into a saucepan and put on medium heat. Whisk the eggs together with the egg yolks, then add to the kiwi mixture. Add the butter and stir. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Do not allow it to boil. If desired, you can add one drop of green food coloring, for brighter colors. I did not.
6. Stage
Strain the kurd through a sieve. Cool a little and fill the tartlets with kurd. Sprinkle the kiwi seeds on top (set aside beforehand) and send the tartlets with cream to the fridge for 2 hours.
7. Stage
Garnish the finished tartlets with fresh strawberries.
