1. Uncooked orzo pasta - 1 cup
2. Pitted green olives - ¼ cup
3. Diced feta cheese - 1 cup
4. Chopped fresh parsley - 3 tablespoons
5. Chopped fresh dill - 3 tablespoons
6. Ripe tomato, chopped - 1
7. Virgin olive oil - ¼ cup
8. Lemon juice - ⅛ cup
9. Salt and pepper to taste - ⅛ cup

How to cook deliciously - Orzo and Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook orzo until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

When orzo is cool, transfer to a medium bowl and mix in olives, feta cheese, parsley, dill, and tomato.
