1. Uncooked orzo pasta 1 cup
2. Pitted green olives ¼ cup
3. Diced feta cheese 1 cup
4. Chopped fresh parsley 3 tablespoons
5. Chopped fresh dill 3 tablespoons
6. Ripe tomato, chopped 1
7. Virgin olive oil ¼ cup
8. Lemon juice ⅛ cup
9. Salt and pepper to taste ⅛ cup

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook orzo until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

When orzo is cool, transfer to a medium bowl and mix in olives, feta cheese, parsley, dill, and tomato.
