Ingredients for - Tuna Lime Tostadas

1. Solid white tuna packed in water, drained - 3 (5 ounce) cans
2. Sweet corn, drained - ½ (10 ounce) can
3. Onion, finely chopped - ½
4. Cilantro, finely chopped - 1 bunch
5. Salsa - 2 tablespoons
6. Lime, juiced - 1
7. Hot sauce to taste - 1
8. Salt and pepper to taste - 1
9. Sour cream, for topping - 1
10. Tostada shells - 8

How to cook deliciously - Tuna Lime Tostadas

1. Stage

With a fork, flake tuna into a bowl. Stir in corn, onion, cilantro, salsa, and lime juice. Season with a few dashes of hot sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine, then spoon onto tostada shells. Top each tostada with a dollop of sour cream and a bit more hot sauce.
