1. Pizza crust dough - 1 (14 ounce) package
2. Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
3. Ricotta cheese - 4 ounces
4. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
5. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed - 7 ounces
6. Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (Optional) - 1 (14 ounce) can
7. Garlic, crushed - 2 cloves
8. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 cloves
9. Shredded Italian 6-cheese blend - 1 (8 ounce) package
10. Tomatoes, thinly sliced - 2

How to cook deliciously - Red, White, and Green Pizza

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet. Spread the pizza dough in the prepared pan, and rub dough lightly with the olive oil.

Stir together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough. Sprinkle evenly with the shredded Italian cheese; top with the sliced tomatoes.
