1. Zucchini, cut into 3x1/2-inch sticks - 2 medium
2. Egg, beaten - 1 large
3. Almond flour - ½ cup
4. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
5. Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
7. Olive oil cooking spray - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Low-Carb Air Fryer Zucchini Fries

1. Stage

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Stage

Add egg to a shallow bowl. Combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a second bowl; mix to combine.

Dredge zucchini first in egg, then in almond flour mixture, and lay out on a baking sheet. Spray zucchini generously with olive oil cooking spray. Spread out zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You might need to work in batches.
