Ingredients for - Broccoli Salad without Mayo

1. Olive oil - 2 teaspoons
2. Sweet onion (such as Vidalia®), sliced - 1 small
3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. Broccoli, broken into florets - 1 head
5. Sweetened dried cranberries - ½ cup
6. Chopped toasted walnuts - ⅓ cup
7. Light ranch dressing (such as Kraft®) - ⅓ cup
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Broccoli Salad without Mayo

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Saute sweet onion and garlic in the hot oil until translucent, 5 to 7 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Combine broccoli, onion mixture, cranberries, and walnuts in a serving bowl. Mix in salad dressing and season with salt and pepper.
