1. Onion, finely chopped - 1
2. Honey Dijon mustard - ¼ cup
3. Catfish fillets - 4 (6 ounce) fillets
4. Garlic salt and pepper to taste - 4 (6 ounce) fillets
5. Dried parsley flakes - 4 (6 ounce) fillets

How to cook deliciously - Onion Dijon Crusted Catfish

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a small bowl, mix together the onion and mustard. Season the catfish fillets with garlic salt and pepper. Place on a baking tray and coat with the onion and honey. Sprinkle parsley flakes over the top.
