1. Fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 pound
2. Lemon juice, or more to taste 1 squeeze
3. Butter 2 tablespoons
4. Onion, finely chopped 1 small
5. Flour, or more as needed 1 tablespoon
6. Vegetable broth 1 cup
7. Creme fraiche, or more to taste ½ cup
8. Finely chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon

Drizzle mushrooms with lemon juice.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat and cook onion until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until softened and liquid has mostly evaporated, about 5 minutes. Dust with flour and mix well. Add broth and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
