1. Baby Yukon Gold potatoes, quartered - 1 pound
2. Smoked sausage links, sliced - 4
3. Yellow squash, finely chopped - 1
4. Onion, finely chopped - 1 large
5. Orange bell pepper, finely chopped - 1
6. Yellow bell pepper, finely chopped - 1
7. Butter, cut into small pieces - 4 tablespoons
8. Seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®), or to taste - ½ teaspoon
9. Garlic powder, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
