2. Potatoes, thinly sliced - 2 large
3. Onion, thinly sliced - 1 large
4. Green cabbage, thinly sliced - ¼ medium head
5. Garlic, smashed - 2 cloves
6. Chicken stock - 6 cups
7. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Dried parsley - 1 teaspoon
10. Dried thyme - ¼ teaspoon
11. Dried basil - ¼ teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper to taste - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Carrot, Potato, and Cabbage Soup

1. Stage

Combine carrots, potatoes, onion, cabbage, and garlic in a stockpot over medium-high heat. Pour in chicken stock and olive oil, then season with salt, parsley, thyme, basil, and pepper.
