1. Carrots, thinly sliced 4 large
2. Potatoes, thinly sliced 2 large
3. Onion, thinly sliced 1 large
4. Green cabbage, thinly sliced ¼ medium head
5. Garlic, smashed 2 cloves
6. Chicken stock 6 cups
7. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
8. Salt 1 teaspoon
9. Dried parsley 1 teaspoon
10. Dried thyme ¼ teaspoon
11. Dried basil ¼ teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper to taste ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Carrot, Potato, and Cabbage Soup

1 . Stage

Combine carrots, potatoes, onion, cabbage, and garlic in a stockpot over medium-high heat. Pour in chicken stock and olive oil, then season with salt, parsley, thyme, basil, and pepper.

Bring to a simmer and cook until carrots are tender, about 20 minutes. Transfer to a blender in small batches and blend until smooth.
