1. Unsalted butter - ½ cup
2. Chopped fresh mushrooms - 1 ½ cups
3. Celery with leaves, diced - 3 stalks
4. Onion, chopped - 1 medium
5. Garlic, pressed - 5 cloves
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Dried sage - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground thyme - ½ teaspoon
9. Dried marjoram - ½ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
11. Boiling water - 3 cups
12. Dry white wine - 1 cup
13. French bread, cubed - 1 (16 ounce) loaf
14. Whole wheat bread, cubed - 6 slices

How to cook deliciously - Vegetarian Mushroom Stuffing

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, celery, onion, garlic, salt, sage, thyme, marjoram, and black pepper. Saute for 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in boiling water and wine and turn off heat. Pour in French and whole wheat bread cubes and toss well to coat.

Pour mixture into a 9x13x2-inch baking pan.
