1 . Stage
Brush chicken fillets with salt (0.25 teaspoon) and fry each side in olive oil (1 tbsp.) until golden. Then leave under a closed lid for 10 minutes.

Stuff the peppers with julienne, top with cheese, grated on a fine grater. Cook the peppers with julienne in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, 15-20 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the peppers there for another 10-15 minutes.
