1. Fresh spinach, rinsed and dried - 2 (10 ounce) bags
2. Hearts of palm, drained and chopped - 1 (14.25 ounce) can
3. Cherry tomatoes - 1 pint
4. Avocados - peeled, pitted and diced - 2 large
5. Fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 (10 ounce) package
6. Sliced almonds - ⅓ cup
7. Canola oil - ½ cup
8. White vinegar - ⅓ cup
9. Ketchup - ½ cup
10. Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves
11. Sugar - ½ cup
12. Salt - 1 teaspoon
13. Dry mustard powder - ½ teaspoon
14. Paprika - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Hearts of Palm and Spinach Salad

1. Stage

In a large serving bowl, toss the spinach with hearts of palm, tomatoes, avocados, mushrooms, and almonds.

2. Stage

Combine oil, vinegar, ketchup, garlic and sugar in a jar. Season with salt, mustard and paprika. Cover with a tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously until well blended.

3. Stage

Before serving, pour dressing over salad, and toss to coat evenly.
