Ingredients for - Hearts of Palm and Spinach Salad

1. Fresh spinach, rinsed and dried 2 (10 ounce) bags
2. Hearts of palm, drained and chopped 1 (14.25 ounce) can
3. Cherry tomatoes 1 pint
4. Avocados - peeled, pitted and diced 2 large
5. Fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 (10 ounce) package
6. Sliced almonds ⅓ cup
7. Canola oil ½ cup
8. White vinegar ⅓ cup
9. Ketchup ½ cup
10. Garlic, chopped 2 cloves
11. Sugar ½ cup
12. Salt 1 teaspoon
13. Dry mustard powder ½ teaspoon
14. Paprika ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Hearts of Palm and Spinach Salad

1 . Stage

In a large serving bowl, toss the spinach with hearts of palm, tomatoes, avocados, mushrooms, and almonds.

2 . Stage

Combine oil, vinegar, ketchup, garlic and sugar in a jar. Season with salt, mustard and paprika. Cover with a tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously until well blended.

3 . Stage

Before serving, pour dressing over salad, and toss to coat evenly.
