How to cook deliciously - Wild rice salad with mushrooms
1. Stage
Rice can be prepared in advance. In a deep pan (I used a wok) put 2 tablespoons of oil, pour 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Put 1 cup of wild rice and cook with the lid on for 55-60 minutes.

Onion cut into half rings, garlic finely chopped, mushrooms cut into slices.
3. Stage
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until golden.
4. Stage
Add the mushrooms to the onions and garlic, add thyme and marjoram, and salt.
5. Stage
Pour in the rice and stir. Heat the mushrooms together with the rice for a few minutes.
6. Stage
Chop the parsley and sprinkle over the rice and mushrooms.
