1. Dry fettuccine pasta, uncooked ½ (12 ounce) box
2. PAM® Olive Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray ½ (12 ounce) box
3. Ground sirloin beef (90% lean) 1 pound
4. Chopped yellow onion ¾ cup
5. Salt ¾ teaspoon
6. Ground red pepper ½ teaspoon
7. Finely chopped garlic 2 teaspoons
8. Chopped fresh fennel 1 ½ cups
9. Sliced fresh button mushrooms 1 (8 ounce) package
10. Hunt's® Tomato Paste 3 tablespoons
11. Hunt's® Petite Diced Tomatoes, undrained 2 (14.5 ounce) cans

How to cook deliciously - Hunt's Beef and Mushroom Bolognese

1 . Stage

Cook pasta according to package directions.

2 . Stage

Meanwhile, spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add beef, onion, salt and pepper; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until beef is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook 1 minute more or until fragrant.

3 . Stage

Add fennel and mushrooms. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomato paste. Add undrained tomatoes; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in cooked pasta; simmer 2 minutes more or until hot.
