1. Dry fettuccine pasta, uncooked - ½ (12 ounce) box
2. PAM® Olive Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray - ½ (12 ounce) box
3. Ground sirloin beef (90% lean) - 1 pound
4. Chopped yellow onion - ¾ cup
5. Salt - ¾ teaspoon
6. Ground red pepper - ½ teaspoon
7. Finely chopped garlic - 2 teaspoons
8. Chopped fresh fennel - 1 ½ cups
9. Sliced fresh button mushrooms - 1 (8 ounce) package
10. Hunt's® Tomato Paste - 3 tablespoons
11. Hunt's® Petite Diced Tomatoes, undrained - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans

How to cook deliciously - Hunt's Beef and Mushroom Bolognese

1. Stage

Cook pasta according to package directions.

2. Stage

Meanwhile, spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add beef, onion, salt and pepper; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until beef is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook 1 minute more or until fragrant.

3. Stage

Add fennel and mushrooms. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomato paste. Add undrained tomatoes; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in cooked pasta; simmer 2 minutes more or until hot.
