1. Chopped cabbage - 2 cups
2. Kohlrabi bulbs, peeled and grated - 4
3. Celery, sliced thin - 2 stalks
4. Carrots, sliced thin - 2
5. Minced fresh onion - 2 tablespoons
6. White sugar - ⅓ cup
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
9. Celery seed - ⅛ teaspoon
10. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
11. Apple cider vinegar - 4 ½ teaspoons

1. Stage

Toss cabbage, kohlrabi, celery, carrot, and onion together in a large bowl.
