How to cook deliciously - Spaghetti with salmon and spinach
1. Stage
Boil spaghetti in salted water for 7-9 minutes

Sauce: boil half a glass of water, add a bunch of spinach and two or three melted cheese, then salt and pepper to taste. Add a pinch of nutmeg. As soon as it boils, remove from the heat.

Grind with a blender until smooth. (If it is very liquid, add 1 teaspoon of flour and put on the fire until it thickens.) Fill the spaghetti with this sauce.

Fry the salmon in a non-stick pan without oil for 3 minutes on each side, salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with lemon sauce.
