1. Whole-milk ricotta cheese - ½ cup
2. Roasted honey peanut butter (such as Skippy®) - ½ cup
3. Sugar-free peanut butter-flavored syrup (such as Torani®) - 2 tablespoons
4. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
5. Vanilla protein powder - 2 scoops
6. Stevia-erythritol sweetener (such as Truvia®) - 2 packets
7. Salt - 1 pinch
8. Chopped dry roasted peanuts - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Whipped Ricotta Protein Truffles

1. Stage

Combine ricotta cheese, peanut butter, peanut butter syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until well combined. Add protein powder, sweetener, and salt; mix until smooth.
