1. Roasted honey peanut butter (such as Skippy®) - ½ cup
2. Chocolate protein powder - ½ cup
3. Solo black garlic bulbs - 2
4. Neufchatel cheese, softened - 2 tablespoons
5. Sanding sugar, or as needed - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Black Garlic Chocolate Protein Bites

1. Stage

Combine peanut butter, protein powder, black garlic, and Neufchatel cheese in a mini food processor. Pulse until well combined.

2. Stage

Roll mixture into sixteen 1-inch balls. Roll in sanding sugar. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
