2. Fat-free refried beans - 1 (16 ounce) can
3. Light sour cream - 1 (16 ounce) package
4. Neufchatel cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
5. Salsa - 1 (16 ounce) jar
6. Tomato, chopped - 1 large
7. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1
8. Red bell pepper, chopped - 1
9. Chopped green onions - 1 bunch
10. Iceberg lettuce, shredded - 1 small head
11. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 cups
12. Sliced black olives, drained - 1 (6 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Healthier Seven Layer Taco Dip

1. Stage

Blend taco seasoning mix and refried beans in a bowl. Spread mixture onto a large serving platter. Mix sour cream and Neufchatel cheese in a bowl. Spread over refried beans. Top layers with salsa. Place a layer of tomato, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, green onions, and lettuce over salsa. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Garnish with black olives.
