1. Oil for frying - 1 quart
2. All-purpose flour - ¾ cup
3. Milk - ½ cup
4. Egg - 1
5. Ground cayenne pepper to taste - 1
6. Seasoned salt to taste - 1
7. Salt and pepper to taste - 1
8. Chopped conch meat - 1 cup
9. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
10. Onion, chopped - ½
11. Green bell pepper, chopped - ½
12. Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves
13. Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
14. Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
15. Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
16. Hot sauce - 1 tablespoon
17. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Conch Fritters

1. Stage

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Make the fritters: Mix flour, milk, and egg in a large bowl until smooth. Season with cayenne pepper, seasoned salt, salt, and pepper. Mix in conch meat, celery, onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
