Ingredients for - Patio Shrimp Salad

1. Cooked white rice 3 ½ cups
2. Chopped dill pickles ¼ cup
3. Chopped black olives ¼ cup
4. Chopped onion 1 tablespoon
5. Salt ½ teaspoon
6. Minced green bell pepper 1 teaspoon
7. Raisins ½ cup
8. Tomato juice 1 ½ cups
9. Cooked salad shrimp 2 cups
10. Mayonnaise ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Patio Shrimp Salad

1 . Stage

Place rice in a medium-size mixing bowl. Mix pickles, olives, onion, salt, green pepper, raisins and tomato juice into the rice. Stir well and let mixture stand 5 minutes.

2 . Stage

Mix shrimp and mayonnaise into the mixture, toss lightly and serve.
