Ingredients for - Patio Shrimp Salad

1. Cooked white rice - 3 ½ cups
2. Chopped dill pickles - ¼ cup
3. Chopped black olives - ¼ cup
4. Chopped onion - 1 tablespoon
5. Salt - ½ teaspoon
6. Minced green bell pepper - 1 teaspoon
7. Raisins - ½ cup
8. Tomato juice - 1 ½ cups
9. Cooked salad shrimp - 2 cups
10. Mayonnaise - ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Patio Shrimp Salad

1. Stage

Place rice in a medium-size mixing bowl. Mix pickles, olives, onion, salt, green pepper, raisins and tomato juice into the rice. Stir well and let mixture stand 5 minutes.

Mix shrimp and mayonnaise into the mixture, toss lightly and serve.
