2. Sunflower seeds - 2 tablespoons
3. Lemon, halved - 1
4. Crumbled feta cheese - 1 tablespoon
5. Sunflower seed oil - 1 tablespoon
6. Chopped fresh dill - 1 tablespoon
7. Salt - ⅛ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
9. Lemon slices and additional crumbled feta, for garnish - ⅛ teaspoon

1. Stage

Slice sugar snap peas on the diagonal into 1/2-inch pieces (about 2 1/2 cups). Add sunflower seeds, juice and zest of half the lemon, feta cheese, sunflower oil, and dill. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss to combine. Garnish with slices of lemon and additional feta.
