1. Bulk Italian sausage - 1 pound
2. Half-and-half - 4 cups
3. Cubed potatoes - 3 cups
4. Low-sodium chicken broth - 2 cups
5. Whole milk - 2 cups
6. Onion, chopped - 1 medium
7. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
8. Red pepper flakes, or more to taste - ½ teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
10. Kale, torn into bite-sized pieces - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Sausage, Potato and Kale Soup

1. Stage

Heat a large soup pot over medium-high heat. Crumble sausage into the pot; cook and stir until browned, about 10 minutes. Drain and discard grease.

2. Stage

Stir half-and-half, potatoes, chicken broth, milk, onion, oregano, and pepper flakes into sausage, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
