4. Chopped bell pepper ½ cup
5. Corn kernels ½ cup
6. Millet ¾ cup
7. Quinoa ¾ cup
8. Salt 1 teaspoon
9. Low-sodium chicken stock 3 cups

How to cook deliciously - Baked Grains Pilaf

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion, celery, bell pepper, and corn in the hot oil until softened, about 10 minutes.
