2. Neufchatel cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
3. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
4. Pure vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
5. Milk - 2 tablespoons
6. Fresh strawberries, hulled - 1 pint
7. Strawberry glaze - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Summery Strawberry Pie

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake pie crust in preheated oven until lightly browed, about 5 minutes; allow to cool completely before filling.

Beat together Neufchatel cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk together in a bowl until slightly thinned; spread with a spatula onto the pie crust.
