Ingredients for - Quick and Easy Pointed Cabbage

1. Butter, or more to taste - 1 tablespoon
2. Shallot, chopped - 1
3. Pointed cabbage, cut in fine strips - 1 whole
4. Vegetable broth - ½ cup
5. Brown sugar - 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Salt and freshly ground black pepper - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Balsamic vinegar, or more to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Quick and Easy Pointed Cabbage

1. Stage

Melt butter in a pot and saute shallot until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add pointed cabbage, stir, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in vegetable broth and season with brown sugar, salt, and pepper.

Cover pot and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Season with balsamic vinegar.
