1. 4 Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Original
2. 1 c. vegetable broth
3. 2 clove garlic
4. 1 c. quick-cooking couscous
5. 1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
6. c. Sliced green onions
7. 1/4 c. slivered fresh basil
8. 3 tbsp. lemon juice
9. 2 tbsp. Chopped fresh mint
10. 4 tsp. olive oil
11. 1/4 tsp. Pepper
12. c. reduced-fat feta cheese

How to cook deliciously - Tabbouleh-Style Couscous with Veggie Burgers

1 . Stage

Cook Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Original burgers according to package directions.

2 . Stage

Meanwhile, in medium saucepan bring broth and garlic to boiling. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

3 . Stage

In large bowl combine couscous mixture, tomatoes, onions, basil, lemon juice, mint, oil, and pepper. Spoon onto 4 serving plates. Top each with warm burger. Sprinkle with feta cheese.This recipe has been tested and endorsed by Kellogg and Morningstar Farms®.
