1. 4 Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Original -
2. 1 c. vegetable broth -
4. 1 c. quick-cooking couscous -
5. 1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes -
6. c. Sliced green onions -
7. 1/4 c. slivered fresh basil -
9. 2 tbsp. Chopped fresh mint -
10. 4 tsp. olive oil -
12. c. reduced-fat feta cheese -
How to cook deliciously - Tabbouleh-Style Couscous with Veggie Burgers
1. Stage
Cook Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Original burgers according to package directions.
2. Stage
Meanwhile, in medium saucepan bring broth and garlic to boiling. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
3. Stage
In large bowl combine couscous mixture, tomatoes, onions, basil, lemon juice, mint, oil, and pepper. Spoon onto 4 serving plates. Top each with warm burger. Sprinkle with feta cheese.This recipe has been tested and endorsed by Kellogg and Morningstar Farms®.
