Ingredients for - Chicken in Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

1. 2 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
2. 1 c. white wine
3. 1/4 c. Chopped Olives
4. 2 tbsp. capers
5. 2 clove garlic
6. 1 can artichoke hearts
7. 1 c. sun-dried tomatoes
8. 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
9. 1/2 c. chopped fresh basil leaves
10. Rice

How to cook deliciously - Chicken in Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

1 . Stage

Stir the soup, wine, olives, capers, garlic, artichokes and tomatoes in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Add the chicken and turn to coat.

2 . Stage

Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours** or until the chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with the basil, if desired. Serve with the rice. 

3 . Stage

*You can substitute Swanson® Chicken Broth for the wine, if desired.

4 . Stage

** Or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
