How to cook deliciously - Vegetarian Cucumber Rolls

Put our ingredients together. The peppers should preferably be multicolored. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. When you're done, don't stir. This should make the rice sticky so it holds everything together.

Cut peppers and hard-boiled eggs into strips.

Cut each cucumber in half and remove the seeds with a small spoon or knife to create a long, hollow tube.

Before this step, you can add extra salt and soy sauce to the rice and fill half of the cucumber with it, pressing the rice tightly against the edges with a spoon.

Gently insert a slice of egg and a few slices of pepper into the other half of the cucumber to fill in the gaps, squeezing and adding more vegetables until the cucumber is completely stuffed.

Use a sharp knife to slice the cucumber into 1cm slices, or thinner if you are brave. If you notice that the filling is missing somewhere, feel free to add it and press it down with your knife.
