Ingredients for - Cabbage cutlets

1. White cabbage - 1 kg
2. Bulb onions - 1 PC.
3. Semolina - 0.5 Art.
4. Flour - 0.5 Art.
5. Garlic - 2 clove
6. Dill - 10 gram
7. Vegetable oil - for frying
8. Breadcrumbs - 100 gram
9. Salt - taste
10. Black pepper - taste

How to cook deliciously - Cabbage cutlets

1. Stage

Cut the cabbage into 4 parts and weld in salted water for 10 minutes.

2. Stage

Fold the cabbage into a colander, pass through a meat grinder and squeeze to remove water.

Grate the onion on a fine grater and pass the garlic through press garlic. Finely chop the dill.
