1. White cabbage 1 kg
2. Bulb onions 1 PC.
3. Semolina 0.5 Art.
4. Flour 0.5 Art.
5. Garlic 2 clove
6. Dill 10 gram
7. Vegetable oil for frying
8. Breadcrumbs 100 gram
9. Salt taste
10. Black pepper taste

How to cook deliciously - Cabbage cutlets

1 . Stage

Cut the cabbage into 4 parts and weld in salted water for 10 minutes.

2 . Stage

Fold the cabbage into a colander, pass through a meat grinder and squeeze to remove water.

3 . Stage

Grate the onion on a fine grater and pass the garlic through press garlic. Finely chop the dill.

4 . Stage

Add onions, garlic and herbs to the cabbage. Salt, season with spices to taste. Add flour, semolina, mix thoroughly.
